You can currently find Lucy on the Newton High tennis courts as she competes in her senior year. Lucy is outgoing, motivated and kind. She has a sister and brother and is the youngest in her family. Passions include tennis, Taylor Swift, violin, being around friends and her cat, Orange. Favorite snack is any kind of gummies. She dislikes moths. Favorite school subject is Math and School activity is Student Council. In her spare time, Lucy loves to play tennis and spend time outside. She listens to a lot of Taylor Swift and attended the Eras Tour where she traded friendship bracelets. She also loves to travel. Music on Lucy’s playlist includes sad, lowkey music like Phoebe Bridgers, Kacey Musgraves and Zach Bryan…plus a lot of Taylor Swift. Exile is her current favorite song. Future plans are still up in the air but she wants to stay in Kansas with KState and Washburn as possibilities. On Lucy’s bucket list is to go the Sea of Stars in the Maldives, see the Northern Lights and attend a Chinese Lantern lighting ceremony. Travel destination choice is Greece. One thing people don’t know about Lucy is that she won’t eat tomatoes. Best of luck with your senior year, Lucy, and especially with Tennis! I hope you enjoy it to the fullest.
